The client is also offered a build-to-suit project with a lease and option to purchase. This type of expansion plan allows a company to grow while using their capital resources for research, development and equipment. The site and related improvements would be owned by a separate entity. The tenant / company would have the option to purchase the real estate when financially appropriate.
